Most of our tools are built to process your files directly in your browser using client-side technology. When a tool works fully in your browser, your files never leave your device and we never see them.

For certain tools that require server-side processing, your file may be uploaded to our servers. In that case, uploaded files are used only to complete the requested operation and are deleted automatically after a short period. We do not sell, share or use your files for any other purpose.

• Usage data such as pages visited, tool usage counts, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type - collected via analytics services to improve the product.
• Information you provide voluntarily, such as an email address when you contact us.
• Cookies or similar technologies needed for essential site functionality and aggregate analytics.

• To operate, maintain and improve our tools.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and fix issues.
• To respond to questions, feedback or support requests.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.

We rely on trusted third parties for hosting, analytics and advertising. These providers may collect limited technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not permit them to use your data except as necessary to provide their services to us.

Files processed server-side are deleted automatically shortly after processing completes. Analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

ZoopTools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted through our service. All traffic is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
